COMMERCE INFORMATION

The products are certified in accordance with the requirements of the Republic of Moldova. Upon Customer's request, providing additional payment is made, we can hand over the certificate of conformance of Russian Federation.

We provide both rail shipments and motor carrier shipments.

The rail shipments provide that the products are dispatched in closed rail-wagons and are accompanied by the forwarding agent to Customer's depository. The rail wagons are properly heated in wintertime. The juridically significant acceptance report is provided when delivering the product to the Buyer. The Seller accounts for the cargo in transit.

The price can be negotiated depending on order quantity and assortment.

After the prices, assortment and quantity of order have been agreed and we have received the payment, we will load and dispatch the rail wagons in the next three days.

We provide the following documents for every consignment:

• Certificate of Quality;
• Certificate of Origin;
• Certificate of Conformance and Test Report;
• Phytosanitary Certificate;
• Invoice.

All costs of customs clearance on the territory of Moldova shall be at the Seller's expense.
